Shurie Urquidi is a Realtor with Smith and Coelho, The Real Estate Company, and an Executive Manager with Development Services Inc. (DSI), a locally owned homeowner’s association management company.   Shurie received her degree in Business Administration from BSU and was promoted to a management position at DSI shortly thereafter, where she has been a valued team member for over 15 years.  Seeking further career development in a related industry, she sought her real estate license in 2018.  By working in fields dedicated to serving home sellers and buyers, before, during and after their transaction, she offers a well-rounded and practical view to clients. 

Honesty, integrity and trust are key to Shurie in any course of life.  Building relationships based on, and exhibiting, these integral factors is her life-long goal.  Born and raised in Idaho, she has continued to call this great place Home for herself and her family.  Raised with their father and her loving partner for over 19 years, she has a son and daughter, who exceed her expectations daily.  Being a true Bronco, Shurie embraces community spirit and is looking forward to creating new partnerships with locals and newbies alike.  GO BIG BLUE!
