Pat, one of 7 children, grew up in Boise attending Saint Mary’s and Bishop Kelly. His cheerful demeanor and powerful work ethic no doubt are a result of the Nun’s influence and strict attention. He attended two years at BSU studying Forestry and Ranch Management. Not afraid of work, he’s trained and competed hunting dogs and herded cattle on horseback on 60,000-acre ranches in Oregon. He attended Cal Poly Technical State University studying Farrier Science. Over time he came to be one of our countries’ top 100 farriers, flying from state to state, fitting shoes on high performance horses. He’s a published author in Contradictions in Horseshoeing Theory with his study: Barefoot Trimming.
Pat came to real estate in 2006. Given his knowledge, experience and sharp attention to details, he has become a consistent top producer in the industry. Armed with an extensive background in farms and ranches, he is considered an equine property specialist. Pat also has expertise with farm, ranch development land and water right.
