Just a little history. Smith & Coelho opened its doors Spring 2006! Yep, that was just in time for the historical recession preceded by the beginning of the real estate market meltdown. Talk about timing!  Fast forward Fall 2019, we remain steadfast and strong, having bucked the brokerage closure trend during the meltdown. Our office agents and staff are some of the most experienced, diverse and knowledgeable in the local Treasure Valley market with each individual agent’s years of experience well exceeding the average five-year real estate agent career span. Through thick and thin, our office remains, just as in the movies, like the final moments you see that the hero remains standing.
