Tami began working with homes and land with her husband in their residential general contracting company from 2003 – 2022 in Valley County.  Working with home owners to select a build lot, get water, sewer, power, driveways on site and prepare for custom home building.  Tami’s realm included guiding clients through the interior and exterior finish selections, overseeing the homeowner budget as well as scheduling subcontractors, and managing all administrative aspects of new construction, as well as remodels, repairs and additions.

In 2014, she  licensed to sell other Idaho properties outside of C.E. Construction, where she worked full time in real estate, specializing in mountain properties, especially vacant land sales working with sellers and buyers, as well as homes in new construction and resale. 

Tami and her husband  returned to Boise, Idaho in 2022, to be near family and acquired a 1958 home on the West Bench next door to Mama Jo.  Together they gutted the 1958 home and remodeled from top to bottom, inside and out, with a full landscape remodel and shop addition.   Having wrapped up the relocation process, Tami joined Smith & Coelho in 2023 to continue her work in real estate helping Idaho property owners buy and sell with detail oriented, professional assistance from start to finish.

Tami has a background in construction and information technology and loves digging into the details to help you find all of the material data facts that influence your decision to buy or sell at the best price for the current market.  Data analysis is her specialty.  Putting boots on the ground to translate data to the field is where she excels.

When she’s not working on real estate you can find Tami spending time with her family at home, and working in her yard.  She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, one-wheeling, and road trips.
